Do you have an 'it'?
This is the one thing that fulfills you on all levels.
It's something you feel great at and enjoy immensely. It's the kind of activity that puts you into a 'flow' state. Flow is a state that you get into when you're so into something that your sense of time stands still. Something that feels like minutes might be hours.
You could do the activity or need to do it regularly- maybe every day or once a week or once a month. Without it you don't feel fulfilled.
I think of flow as being heightened sense of mastery (accomplishment) and joy.
I believe that we must have 'it' or 'flow' in our lives to reach our maximum potential. This is why it is the heart of peak performance and career success.
Do you have 'it'?
If not, the first step is to recognize what 'it' is for you.
And then start doing more of 'it'.
